Rose’s Last Chance is located at the western entrance to Mount Elgon National Park (Uganda), directly opposite the park’s Visitors Centre. At an altitude of 1,250 meters, it offers spectacular views of the peaks of Mount Elgon.
 
With its beautiful site, comfortable accommodation and friendly staff, Rose’s shows ten years of progress since 2000. It is the ideal stop before or after climbing Mount Elgon or trekking in the National Park.

Bookings with Mount Elgon National Park may be organized in advance through the guesthouse.

Rose, the owner of the guesthouse, started the venture with a single bed, her own. Through years of dedication, hard work, and a keen understanding of the customers' needs, Rose has become a successful business woman, much to the admiration of many in her community.

She is a role model for women and girls in the community and is active as a community leader.
